Sylvia Psychology offers therapy for individuals - adolescents and adults - using evidence-based psychological treatments. Our goal is to provide sessions that allow space for connection, reflection, and healing. Your sessions will be collaborative and include both psychoeducation and tools and techniques to address your symptoms and support your goals. Sessions are offered online via telehealth.
Combined ADHD and Autism Assessment ($1800 TOTAL - includes diagnostic report and all sessions - approximately 2-3 Telehealth sessions).
Sylvia Psychology offers ADHD and Autism Diagnostic Assessments for both adolescents and adults. Our goal is to offer a compassionate and empowering assessment process, and provide informative diagnostic reports that ensure each individual feels supported and informed.

Sylvia Psychology also offers facilitation of Mental Health First Aid. She is an accredited facilitator through Mental Health First Aid Australia, and is available to deliver Standard MHFA training to business and small groups/ individuals.
